Dear Caregivers,

I’m Jessica, a consultant and trainer specialising in children’s emotional and behavioural development, and i’m also a nanny myself! Based in Sydney, NSW, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and am a qualified facilitator of six programs that are tailored to supporting children in their early years. 

My passion for nurturing children’s wellbeing led me to establish The Niche Nanny. I balance caring for children, whilst also running consultations and educative trainings to children’s caregivers.

My knowledge, experience and genuine love for my work enables me to create a meaningful connection with your child and nurture their developmental milestones, whilst having fun!

With over 20 years experience caring for children, combined with a decade in social work as a caseworker and child therapist, my approach incorporates neuroscience strategies, emphasizing warmth, creative play, and routine.

I wholeheartedly understand that leaving your child with someone can be daunting. I offer a complimentary visit to meet your family and learn about your family's values, needs and routines.
